Joe Raymond's final ARCA starts ends with him celebrating in victory
lane as he laps the field twice over en route to victory. Raymond would
attempt Talladega later in the season, although issues would prevent him
starting, before he retired although he would return briefly to race as
a relief driver at Winchester in 1982.
