#92 car was most likely owned by Charlie Paxton / Paxton Racing. The
latter is listed as the owner of the #72 in the 1983 ARCA Media Guide. I
imagine they're one in the same.

A battle of former ARCA champions sees Marvin Smith bests reigning
series champion Scott Stovall at IRP to nab his first win of 1983.
Stovall's title defense saw him locked out of victory lane with this
runner up finish being his best of the season with this being the only
race all year where he led more than 20 laps.
