Hometown hero Terry Stineman scores his only ARCA victory as he holds
off Scott Stovall to claim the win here at Lorain County Speedway, a
track located only about a half-hour from his Westlake, Ohio home. This
was the second of two ARCA races here and the first since 1978.

Pennington should be listed as owner for all of Stineman's races in 1984.

Stineman's owner for this race.
