Thank you to Jeff, his ARCA Results Archive, and our webmaster for
making this happen. This is already one of the best stock car history
site on the internet and it keeps getting better. Great to see stuff
from Lee Raymond, Bob Brevak, and the whole ARCA gang from when they
were at their best.

Wow, they started the 1985 season at Atlanta in 1984? Odd move.

NASCAR North ace Randy LaJoie comes south and picks up a top-5 in his
only ARCA start of the season...and possibly his career.

track should be Atlanta International Raceway it was not changed to
Atlanta Motor Speedway until mid-1990

Grant Adcox makes his return to ARCA action for the first time since
1978 and comes home with a runner-up finish. Adcox would become a staple
of the tour in the second half of the 1980s and his good run here was a
sign of things to come.
