Went back and looked at the results sheet, Kuhlman was indeed in the
#41. Not sure how I missed that the first time, oops.

why is Venturini scored with leading laps 1-37, then a lead change for
Venturini to lead 1-38 on the data?

@14 well it would make sense. Since he drove a 41 car the next race.
