Ed Hage's sixth and final ARCA victory. It was his second victory of 1987.

Four of Hage's six ARCA victories came at Flat Rock. Hage was a local
racer at the track.

Margin of victory: under caution

One newspaper source states that 22 cars were running at the finish,
which would mean there were 2 more DNFs. Can't figure out who they could
be though.

I can't make out the sponsor on the hood and the checkered flag blocks
it over the door, but Ed Have definitely had 2 sponsors in this race. I
can update at least one of them with this photo.

Found the two missing DNFs...and a couple more apparently as well. This
might be the first appearance of the vaunted Brad Smith team after all,
with his brother Jeff Smith (who has a crew chief page on here with a
DOB & hometown but not a driver page, previously the only seat time I
could find for him was when he relief-drove for Brad once in 2003) at
the wheel. This would probably have also been the "debut" for their
ex-Buddy Arrington Chrysler that they last wheeled out in 1991.
