This race had originally been scheduled to be run in July, but was
rained out and rescheduled.

Frank Kimmel started 19th

Strait led 110 laps
Brevak led 6 laps
Keselowski led 83 laps
All others led 0 laps

Why 199 laps and why titled 250?

Planned distance was 250 laps, but the race was called at 199 laps due
to rain.

Bob Strait finished second here at Ontario's Delaware Speedway in 1989
but avenged that loss but coming back north here in 1990 winning a
Battle of the Bobs at the front as he took a rain-shortened win in front
of Bobby Bowsher and eventual champion Bob Brevak.

Defending race winner Bob Keselowski won the pole and led 83 laps but
must have had issues as he finished sixth a lap down, this was the only
ARCA here between 1989 and 1992 that he didn't win. Between Strait,
Keselowski, and Brevak a guy named Bob led every lap of this race.
