Actuallly Frank made at least two prior starts in 1990 before this, it's
hard to give a precise debut just because ARCA records can be spotty
this far back.

6. ARCA had the GWC long before NASCAR did. This is one such example.

Is it possible the Pole Speed here is switched with the following race
at Flat Rock? 72 at Toledo would be very slow and 105 at Flat Rock would
be insane.
