Per an email with ARCA, Jack Wallace was in the #02 and not Kimmel,
hence making Du Quoin the 500th start for Frank and not Springfield.

Then that would be the best finish (and only top 5) of Wallace's career,
at least for the years shown on this site.

Bill Venturini tied to the ten thousandth of a second Bob Keselowski's
1989 track record, but did not set a new one. How irritating must that
have been?

Jack Wallace's lone start of the year, and his penultimate in ARCA, sees
him come home with a top-5 finish. This was his first top-5 finish in
about nine years.

Ultimate Racing History implies that Jack Bowsher relief drove for Ben
Hess, although perhaps it actually was his son Jimmy Bowsher who did a
start and park in this race.

This was Jimmy Bowsher's second and final ARCA start. It looks like he
was likely starting and parking his brother Bobby's backup car.

Bob Keselowski won at north of the border at Delaware Speedway in 1989
and he won again here while lapping the field. Keselowski alternated
between several makes of car in 1991 before settling into a Chrysler
LeBaron with this race as his last ARCA win in a Pontiac Grand Prix. All
of his victories after this, including another win at Delaware in 1992,
came in the LeBaron. Of Keselowski's 24 ARCA wins eight came driving a
Pontiac while he had six in a Chrysler, and the rest were in Chevrolets.
