Iconic NASCAR owner Rick Hendrick makes his only ARCA start as a driver.
It looks like he qualified well but probably wasn't around at the
finish. He liked doing the road course races every now and then, he also
ran the first Truck race here at Topeka in 1995.

Not sure about this race, but NASCAR has footage from the 1992 edition
of this race in their media archives, which is where I got all the info
I posted about that race. I don't think they had/have this race, but I
would direct you (or whoever) there to take it up with them if you want
to see that video.

Some amateur footage in the pits during practice from this one has
turned up. It's weird to see Rick Hendrick rolling in the "Tide Ride."
His #15 Chevy Lumina was painted identically to Ricky Rudd's Cup car
from this era just with an extra digit. Waltrip, Schrader, and Earnhardt
all had race cars that essentially matched their upper level entries.
