Jr., David Starr, Steve Bare, Wayne Dellinger, Garry Tootle, R.K. Smith

Steele was in a Phoenix Construction car, but crashed in practice and
withdrew. NSSN reports 62 cars signing in but these 16 DNQs with the 44
starters gives us 60 total entries.
