Bob Strait laps the field as he picks up his second ARCA win of the
year, both coming on short tracks. This was Strait's last start of the
year and his last in the family-owned #80 Oldsmobile he raced all year,
he'd move over to join Jim Spicuzza's #37 Target Expediting team for 1993.

Scotty Sands scores his career-best ARCA finish with a ninth-place run
in the #43 Henryville Video Pontiac. This was his first ARCA top-10,
coming in his 14th start on the tour. Sands would match this with
another ninth-place run at Toledo two years later.
