Purvis was the polesitter for this race, instead of starting 10th. It's
an error I just noticed on my own page.

Mark Thompson finishes third just one race, and a month and a half,
after his big flip at Daytona.

Loy Allen, Jr. spun with two laps to go after he and Jimmy Horton made
contact going going down the backstretch. Allen got the backend airborne
before the new-for-1994 roof flaps brought his car back down safely. Loy
still spun into the inside wall and was knocked out the race but he
avoided taking a tumble.

The crash brought out the caution that ended the race.

Harris DeVane makes his ARCA debut.

This was probably Tim Steele's only ARCA race where he was not sponsored
by HS Die.
