Race name was the Syracuse Grand Prix 150

The event, an ARCA street course race scheduled for July 1996, never
wound up being held.

Bob Schacht had the lead on the final restart with 5 to go with the
lineup being Schacht, Wallace, Berrier and Steele. Wallace passed
Schacht on the straightaway and Steele blew past Berrier and Schacht to
quickly get onto Wallace's bumper. They remained that way until the
final lap, when Wallace blocked a big run from Steele that killed
Steele's momentum coming to the flag.

Jeff McClure was in the 3, not Venturini. Had a comment typed up with
that & caution and lead change info typed up but it appears to have
disappeared into the void before I could hit the go button.
