Bob Hill's first of two ARCA wins in 1996 comes in the series' last race
to date at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Both of Hill's wins that year
came on dirt.

Mike Buckley in the #28 was running at the end of the race. He didn't
crash out, though he was many laps down and was penalized a lap at one
point for passing the pace car.
