With Swaim gone Baird drove to the the first ARCA victory of his career. It was the first of five wins in 1999 for Baird as he would go on to win the ARCA title. 3. Also, watching the ESPN broadcast, they said the #02 was driven by Dick Tracey. 9. Bill Baird was the second first time winner in as many races to start the 1999 season. 10. Keith, Jeremy Mayfield's brother in law, lead the opening laps of the race and eventually scored a top-10. It was a good debut and he'd do even better the next time out. 11. 23andJoe posted: 06.19.2014 - 5:30 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) #08 sponsor: Multi Media Graphics Chevrolet #0 sponsor: Delma Cowart Racing Ford #2 sponsor: Mako's/Q Lube Ford #26 sponsor: Ford Motorsports Enthusiasts Ford #69 sponsor: Gregg Mixon Racing Pontiac #71 sponsor: Dyn-O-Mat Pontiac #0 owner: Delma Cowart #2 owner Phillip Young #26 owner: Brad Smith #69 owner: Gregg Mixon #71 owner: Steve Senerchia 12. 23andJoe posted: 06.20.2014 - 1:02 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) To the rear: #42 Dan Pardus (backup car) #18 sponsor: Sunoco #22 sponsor: Goerlich Exhaust Systems #29 sponsor: Kenny's Collision Center #35 sponsor: Nationwide Auto Exchange #46 sponsor: Advance Auto Parts/National Pork Board #18 owner: Terry Baltes #3 crew chief: Phil Harris #8 crew chief: Jeremy Mayfield #22 crew chief: Barry Owen #52 crew chief: Eddie Sharp Cautions: Lap 16-23: #02, #60, #75 accident turn 3 Lap 43-48: #35 spin backstretch Lap 61-67: #29, #3 accident turn 4 Lap 76-80: #30 spin trioval Lap 117-121: #22 accident turn 4 13. Lanigan matched his career-best runner-up finish in his next ARCA start later in the year at Charlotte but never won a race in the series. 14.
