ASA standout Joe Nott nets a top-10 in his ARCA debut. This would end up
being his best run in ARCA, he would only get to run four races in the
series.

Owner of the 48 was James Hylton. There was likely some Sabates
involvement but Hylton was the owner.

Kevin Harvick's race here was his first start for RCR in any series. The
Truck Series racer was doing a few ARCA and Busch races with RCR late in
the season in prep for moving to Busch full-time in 2000. He'd failed to
qualify for a Busch race earlier in the season but made his debut on
that tour later in the month.

@9 Could be they bought the Bellsouth car and never had a chance to
re-do the paint.

Allen Bestwick along with Buddy Baker and Dr. Dick Berggren were the
commentators. Steve Byrnes and Mike Hogewood were the pit road reporters.
