Then he started winning races and a championship for RCR. I hope he wins alot more cup races and the cup series championship before he retires. 2. This applies to his other 2 ARCA starts as well. 5. This coming after either DNQing or blowing engines in his last 3 attempts on the year no less! 6. rm posted: 07.12.2020 - 9:38 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) 39 owner - Robert Harvill (DNQ) 99 owner - Darrell Basham (DNQ) 99 sponsor - Ideal Paints (DNQ) 5 crew chief - Trent Owens Not only did this race put Clint Bowyer on the map, it did the same for the man calling the shots from the top of the pit box for him. This was one of the first major gigs for Trent Owens, nephew of The King, Richard Petty, whose Truck series career had stalled out a little over a year prior to this race. While Bowyer has experienced far more success than Owens has since, Owens does have 7 wins across the top-three series to his credit as of now and has served as the crew chief of the JTG #37 car since 2017. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
