#8 should be removed from DNQ list: Was listed as "TBA" even on the
qualifying results sheet (time: DNS). Benning was never in the car - but
neither was any other driver.

ARCA at the time recognized teams as competing if they showed up at the
track and did next to nothing. In practice it was a DNQ or DNS if
everyone made it. There were bonus points for being there. It's possible
this was inconsistent at times, maybe depending on if they had a
conceivable driver. To be quite exact we'd have to dig through car owner
points before and after each race
