Blount's season ended because of this:

In short, the team felt like ARCA had been singling them out for
rough-driving penalties (twice, they were cut down on and received a
penalty for what amounted to incidental contact). Unlike Bobby Gerhart,
who complained about ARCA management last year but kept racing on, the
ML team packed their bags and headed to the Busch Series instead,
closing down after the 2013 season.

Pity, because Chad and ML Motorsports had really hit it off and were
looking to be a threat to break Kimmel's title run if they didn't leave.

Wayne Peterson's #6 and Mike Koch's #87 WERE present at the race and I
photographed them. They did not, however, make qualifying attempts and
the #87 never actually had the tarp taken off it. No #09, however.
