combination of a veterinary clinic and the National Public Board's
publicity campaign to promote the consumption of the titular meat.

This was the first time Ken Schrader raced a Ford in ARCA competition
since 1987 and he brought it home with a top-10 finish on the dirt. At
the time, just as in 1987, Schrader mostly drove a Ford in the NASCAR
Cup series as he was splitting time that year with Bill Elliott in the
Wood Brothers' famous #21. He wouldn't bring a blue oval-badged car back
into ARCA action again after this one until 2018. The Cup series was off
on the weekend of this race.
