No. 25 from Brian Tyler was a Toyota as we can see here:

Charlie Vest's lone lead lap finish and one of just two ARCA races he
didn't start and park in.

Ron Cox and Doug Keller both led laps but neither could close the deal.
That frustrating story seemed to play out almost every year at the dirt
tracks for those two drivers.

Brian Drebber and Mike Miller were the commentators. The sole pit road
reporter was Don Radebaugh.
