Another lap and Craig Goess might have been able to defeat Arpin. Carmichael hit the wall and was limping around for a while, yet no caution came out for several laps. 2. w00t posted: 04.17.2010 - 11:42 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Craig Goess gave a typical rich-kid, daddy pays my bills interview after the race. I wouldn't buy a car off this guy. All around poor attitude. 3. Otherwise great run for Finley in his first superspeedway start for BKR. 7. Time will tell what his limit is as far as stock cars, but we'll have to wait and see. 9. Beastly. 10. Anonymous posted: 04.18.2010 - 7:49 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) real racing 11. WooT's right about Goess, a miserable attitude in his interview. Finishing 2nd for a 2nd straight race doesn't suck THAT much, just about anyone else would be happy to accomplish that. Grant Enfingers gets his 5th top 3 finish in 13 career ARCA starts. Justin Marks led the most laps but finished 4th and fell out of his tie for the point lead with Arpin. Nelson Piquet Jr. started from pole thanks to qualifying being rained out and having Justin Lofton's car from last year's championship season. Didn't lead a lap but finished a respectable 9th. 12. Modspace will sponsor 2 cars as Igdalsky will move to the 59 in a joint team done by Mark Gibson and Andy Belmont. McCumbee will not be a start and parker anymore it sounds like. I'm glad, he has showed he has talent but got screwed over by the truck team he drove for, SS Greenlight Racing. 13. 18fan posted: 08.19.2010 - 5:03 pm Rate this comment: (0) (2) Enfinger does more with his equipment than Goess does with the best team in the series. Arpin drives for the second best team in the series, so his wins aren't that impressive, especially with all these first time winners. I hope Arpin fails in Nationwide. 14. By my count, just 6 of these drivers are still active in stock car series (sorry, Piquet) covered on this site - Enfinger, Finely, Darrell Basham, Corr, Brad Smith and McCumbee. At one point, Alli Owens spun through the quadoval grass but the caution never flew, probably because the majority of the first quarter of the race had already been under caution. Pit reporter Jim Tretow described the spin as a "hippity-hop, a rodeo ride!" Ricky Carmichael also crushed all of the quadoval walls late in the race, sending back a shower of sparks, yet no caution flew then either. Several laps later, the yellow did fly when Carmichael parked his car on the apron past pit-out after he learned he had no brakes while flying down pit road - scary stuff! 24.
