He also won his 2nd career pole. Joey Coulter gets his 3rd career runner-up finish in 27 ARCA starts; The 19 year old is still looking for his first career win. Tom Hessert III made his 50th career start, finishing 3rd for the 2nd straight year in the spring Toledo race which is his best career finish to date in ARCA. He has 3 top fives this year after only have one in each of the last two seasons. Frank Kimmel finishes in the top five for the first time this season. This from a guy who averages 2 top fives every 3 races since 1996. Matt Crafton was a teammate to Frank Kimmel and finished 5th. Either it's his first career ARCA start or he hasn't made one since before 1996. Kenny Schrader's 6th is his 39th top ten in 47 ARCA starts. Dakoda Armstrong followed up his first ARCA win with a 7th place finish, the 2nd time in 13 career ARCA starts he's had back-to-back top tens. Patrick Sheltra's 8th makes him the only driver this year to have more than 4 top tens; he's finished in the top 10 in all 6 races this season but only has a 10 point lead over Justin Marks. Jerick Johnson's 9th is his best career finish and first top ten in ARCA. Mikey Kile's 3rd straight top ten is a new career best. 3. Likewise, Hylton stepped out of the 10 after taking laps in practice and qualifying. Nick Igdalsky spun coming to the checkers in qualifying but escaped without hitting anything. A rabbit made it onto the track during the pace laps, though it escaped without incident thankfully. Despite Matt Crafton's presence in the field with a Messina Wildlife Stopped-sponsored car, the wildlife was not stopped in its quest to make a couple laps itself. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
