Is it just me or is there always little passing toward the front in ARCA races at Daytona? 2. There were very few ARCA fails, all wrecks were small, Chris Buescher and Milka Duno had awesome saves, and the finish was incredible. I was pulling so hard for Brandon Mac. Its a shame tho he ran out at the end, but it made for an incredible finish as the top 5 ran out of fuel, allowing Bobby Gerhart to pass and win, and sparking a crash after the checkered. 6. joey2448 posted: 02.18.2012 - 11:07 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) I swear, Gerhart must have the deed to the ARCA race at Daytona...that's the only race he ever wins! 7. Jared hasn't turned 18 yet so he wasn't allowed to race or qualify. 9. Spen posted: 02.18.2012 - 11:56 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Missed this one due to overtime. Wreck aside, how did Sloan do? I've been following her career for five years now, and I really hope she can break into this level. 10. RaceFanX posted: 02.19.2012 - 10:09 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Bill Coffey smacked the outside wall to bring out a caution and ended up in the garage to repair it. When he tried to re-enter the race the black #18 Ford ended up spinning on pit road before he made it out on the track. The car sat sideways for a few moments on pit road while Coffey tried unsuccessfully tried to refire his racer before he got help from ARCA officials to push it back out of harms way. Coffey eventually did get back in the race but finished next-to-last. Rare for the ARCA race at Daytona this wasn't a wreckfest, this was a very pretty clean race. Ironically the NASCAR Bud Shootout later in the night would be. 15. Once he was shuffled back the problem only increased as the Ford began to blow out some water and before the engine eventually went kaboom just passed the scheduled halfway mark. 19. This is like there superbowl. 8 of his 9 career wins have come here. You can't say it's because he's a great plate racer - because he only has 1 win at Talladega. They must plan for this race all year. Pit on lap 2 for gas, crazy! 22. CBASS posted: 02.20.2012 - 9:33 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Coffey didn't actually spin on pit road.
