Six cars on the lead lap prove that. But still an exciting finish, as Bowman made a charge to challenge for the lead with a few laps to go, slipped back, and charged back again on the final lap to nearly win the drag race to the finish line. Lapped cars seemed to have played a factor in that. The way these cars raced today looked like the draft played a big role, similar to the Indy 500 this year. If that's true with the Cup cars, then Sunday should be exciting. 2. Dodge posted: 06.16.2012 - 8:23 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Barford should of slowed down since the wreck was up ahead of him some and went where Canache wasn't. But then Canache should of used the thing between his ears and locked the brakes so that he wouldn't just roll. Both are to blame. Hessert was unfortunately involved but no chance to avoid it. On a couple side notes: 1) What does Canache have to offer? He is an awful driver, I know he's a rookie in ARCA but still. 2) Does ARCA even believe in having a minimum pace you have to run during the race? 6.
