What happened?! 2. the Great Dave posted: 07.02.2012 - 9:20 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) it's a road course, Chase could have slipped up at the early part of the track and lost that much time. Anyways good to see Will Kimmell running a full race again. 3. the Great Dave posted: 07.02.2012 - 9:22 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Also you have Larry Barford, and Tommy O'leary and Josh Williams #'s wrong tey should be #04,#06,and #02 respectively. 4. I really wish this race was covered by SPEED, it was a really good race. AJ Henrikson actually up & quit halfway into the race, and Chad Hackenbracht finished the race in his car. I saw Elliott running wide with Ranger inside off of 2 when they disappeared from view. Then when they came back to the line Elliott was way behind and damaged. 8. This guy should be in NNS or Cup, but he seems to avoid them because he can't dominate. Isn't a little crazy to run races in higher levels only if you can win when the idea is to get to the top. Or is he just content running Canadian Tire because he can win the title if he feels like it. I am really confused about this guy and Patrick Long. 11. I think it has to do with opportunity more than anything. There are no good teams giving him a shot, and he certainly deserves it. If any competitive team wanted to hire him to run Nationwide, I'd like to believe that he'd take advantage of that opportunity. This was his 4th career ARCA start, and certainly he's not content running ARCA. I don't think he's trying to avoid competition by any means. 13. Mike posted: 07.03.2012 - 1:59 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) NicoRosbergFan: Patrick Long has said before that he doesn't really want to run full-time in anything, just show up to races and run. As for Ranger, it's possible that he's happy in Canadian Tire. Could be a situation like Frank Kimmel, who had all kinds of NASCAR opportunities come his way too, and he turned them all down. 15. 10andJoe posted: 07.03.2012 - 11:47 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Indeed; let's not get mad at the guy because he only runs where he can enjoy it. 16. CBASS posted: 07.03.2012 - 12:07 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Ranger's tried to run Nationwide, but the only teams that have given him a shot so far were smaller teams that ended up running out of money. Right now he runs Canadian Tire cause that's where he can run the whole schedule. Like TheTruth? mentioned before, a big(er) team has yet to take a shot at him. 17. CBASS posted: 07.03.2012 - 12:08 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Also should be noted that this will most likely be Will Kimmel's last full race until Springfield, unless he can pick up a sponsor :( 18. ASA ace Mike Eddy was like that too, he got a few offers to run NASCAR (including one from RahMoc in Cup and another from Petty Enterprises for the Truck series) but turned them all down because he was comfortable, and often well sponsored, in ASA. 19. Jim4Bill posted: 03.20.2013 - 1:45 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Ranger had newer tires and was all over Chase for several laps prior to the pass. I don't think Ranger pushed him off track to make the pass - just out braked him. Chase tried to make a move to get back in front and ended up off course (per the radio broadcast I listened to live). Had enough of a lead it did not cost him a spot. 21.
