Probably good for his confidence, still qualified 33rd and was 37th in practice for the Cup race...I would say this race is not exactly a "sign of things to come" 3. Yet he's still got 71 cup starts and 151 Xfinity starts to his credit. I don't think the "lack of seat time" excuse flies with him. 9. RaceFanX posted: 06.06.2015 - 8:13 pm Rate this comment: (1) (0) I thought this was a pretty good race. Sure Bayne won and everyone thought he would win BUT he doesn't run this series every week and it was hardly a walkover. The ARCA regulars and defending series champion Mason Mitchell, running a part-time schedule, gave him a run for his money. This was Mitchell's first ARCA race in a Chevrolet since 2012. 10. The nose certainly didn't look to have that fugly Dodge vacuum nose. 13. And to the person that said Hamlin and Edwards didn't race ARCA at Pocono, I'd check to see if they, especially Edwards, Truck raced at Pocono, ever. Edwards was full time in Trucks at one time and Hamlin has done some Trucks too. Larson never had a full Truck season and Bayne never raced in the series ever. It seems to me Trucks race at Pocono, so the truck race references have a place. 22. Mike posted: 06.07.2015 - 11:27 pm Rate this comment: (1) (0) racefangurl: The trucks didn't go to Pocono when Carl Edwards ran trucks full-time. His last season in the trucks was 2004, and the trucks didn't run their first Pocono race until 2010 - also well after Hamlin was racing in Cup. 23. They didn't start racing there until 2010. Pretty sure Hamlin has never driven here in the Trucks, either (though I could be wrong). 24. Hamlin has actually, ran it the first year there in 2010 25. racefangurl posted: 06.08.2015 - 12:48 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) I didn't keep up with the minor leagues until 2011. And on Hamlin, Cup drivers do sometimes Truck race, so I checked 24's story. Hamlin was 9th in that race, btw. 26.
