It's his second ARCA win after triumphing on the one-mile dirt track at Springfield last August. This was Haley's first ARCA start of the season. This race had a wild ending. The field took the white flag only for Bret Holmes to crash hard on the backstretch after a bump draft went awry. Holmes was okay but it brought out a yellow during which race leader Brandon Lynn and second-place Riley Herbst both ran out gas before the restart. With them out of contention the lead went to Haley who held off all challengers in a one-lap shootout. Former NASCAR Southern Mod champ Andy Seuss got up to second in the last lap dash, despite damage to the back of his car, but never got a serious run at Haley for the win. This was Seuss' fifth ARCA start with this runner-up finish blowing his best performance of 19th way out of the water. 8. No clue what happened to the 10 but he was running on the lead lap when he dropped out of the race. Looks like he lost power. 10. RaceFanX posted: 05.07.2017 - 11:55 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Terry Jones makes his second start of the season. He finished runner-up at Daytona but any hopes of repeating that success went out the window early when his #33 gave up the ghost in the opening laps, putting the field's lone Canadian racer on the hauler early. Sean Corr's gold Richard Petty Motorsports-styled #46 Ford had a mechanical problem early in this race and quickly lost a lap. The team likely fixed it however and in the second half of the race his car was easily fast enough to hang in the lead packs, although he never did make up that lap he still got a top-15 after keeping his nose clean. 11. RaceFanX posted: 05.07.2017 - 4:07 pm Rate this comment: (2) (0) ARCA was refreshingly lax with the debris cautions in this one as there were TWO separate incidents late where a car blew a tire and the entire outer portion of it came off the rim. Since the cars limped back on their inner liners and the husks both slide into the open area near pit road off turn 4 well off the racing groove the organization didn't throw the yellow and let racing continue until they could remove the tires after yellows for separate incidents. 16.
