Absolutely dominated out front. Second place was a really good race throughout the whole show - the problem was that battle was frequently half a straightaway or a full straightaway behind the leader. Michael Self still can't pull away in the points standings. A turbulent season with a lot of inconsistency, most of it out of his control, has allowed Bret Holmes, Travis Braden, and Christian Eckes to keep pace with Self despite having one win between the three of them while Self has three wins alone. To the rear (additional) - 1, 28, 48 - pitting before the green flag First caution - laps 4-8 - 11 stopped turns 3/4; free pass - 1 Second caution - laps 9-13 - 1 debris turn 1; free pass - none Third caution - laps 17-22 - 7 spun frontstretch; free pass - none Fourth caution - laps 54-59 - 54 accident turn 2; free pass - 77 Fifth caution - laps 64-69 - 15 spun turn 2; free pass - 46 Sixth caution - laps 77-80 - 77 accident backstretch; free pass - ??? Because if would be hilarious if he parked considering who is dad is. 10. Interesting. 11. rm posted: 06.29.2019 - 9:27 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) On the crew chiefs list, Jimmy Long has a page as "Jim Long" and Bill Kimmel has a page as "Bill Kimmel Jr." 12. KBR's speedway program has been pretty far off this year and it was a late change to have Parsons run the car instead of Brandon McReynolds. Limited laps in practice/qualifying and they came down pit road before the green flag to drop to the back instead of lining up in row 4. I would guess Parsons was tabbed to drive because he was already at the track doing something for another team? I don't think McReynolds is really bringing a lot of money, if any, to run the speedways. And while Parsons was originally listed with a different sponsor, the car didn't look any different to me when I saw it. I don't know who KBR acquired their speedway cars from, but it's been pretty clear that their short track program has been much stronger this year. Raphael Lessard and Carson Hocevar have been head and shoulders above McReynolds, even before the mechanical issues. They've even each had a speedway race of their own and done well. I know McReynolds has looked pretty strong over in K&N East earlier this year, but along with Tanner Gray I think those drivers are showing that the competition level in ARCA is much higher than it is in the East series. 14. rm posted: 07.02.2019 - 10:56 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Stefan Parsons has since confirmed it was a start and park, unfortunately 1 sponsor - NJC/ Jimmy Miles Tribute 7 sponsor - CCM/ETRM Software 23 sponsor - Techworks Trailer Sales If you really want to be technical, the 77 went to the rear for a backup car, though I know the official report said ?unapproved adjustments.? I mean, a backup car is an unapproved adjustment right? 15. The original car was a Chevy, he wrecked it, they pulled out the backup that was a Ford. 17.
