I thought the Gray brothers were running that car the whole season, and this should have been Tanner's race. I wonder what happened there? 7. The colors represent each make in the field. 12. HMS5 posted: 08.09.2020 - 3:02 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Herbst got the win. Nice to see him put together a full ARCA race and get the win. Hopefully that boosts his confidence in the Xfinity car 13. RaceFanX posted: 08.09.2020 - 3:06 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Riley Herbst is racing full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2020 and ran its race yesterday at Road America before flying to the other side of Lake Michigan to take part in this one. His double duty decision paid off with a trip to victory lane. This is Terrible Herbst's second ARCA win and his first in more than three years, dating back to his inaugural triumph at Pocono in June 2017. 14. I sincerely hope Self loses the title just because that's how unimpressive and predictable he is. 15. Mile501 posted: 08.09.2020 - 3:56 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) @14 - Self has indeed finished 1 spot behind Holmes in the last 3 races, and 6 times altogether this season. But Holmes is also doing something else Self isn't doing--leading laps. Holmes has led the most laps in 2 of the last 4 races, picking up 4 bonus points. Self has led 0 laps during that span. 17. Just the third time that he's led double-digit laps. Really hate to see Chad and his guys skip a race. It's something that has always seemed just around the corner since Briggs & Kerry pulled out, unfortunately that day finally arrived two and a half years later. Somehow not the furthest behind Brad Smith has ever run while finishing P12, he was 17 laps down at Winchester in 2002 (a 200 lap race) and 62 laps down at Salem in 1988...in a 500 lap race. While running at the finish too! The 28 miles behind the leaders is his second most behind the monster that must have been that 500-lapper at Salem. Anybody catch what the problem the #20 had was? They had the hood up on pit road a couple times, obviously something was wrong if he was being passed by the #97 on speed 20.
