Badger State native Kevin Cywinski won when ASA visited the Wisconsin
International Raceway in 1996 and 1997. The tour took a five-year layoff
from the track afterward but Cywinski picked right up where he left off
here as the series returned by recording another win, his only one of
the 2002 season. This was ultimately the series' last race at this track.

Scott Hansen makes his first start of the 2002 season after ending his
tenure as an ASA regular after the end of the prior year. Now driving a
self-owned entry with his famous #53 on the door he drove to a solid
top-10 finish.
