I was at this race. I remember it like it was yesterday. Butch Miller
was my first autograph. I actually got an ASA shirt with every driver's
autograph on it that night. I have pieces of Brett Sontag's and Joey
Miller's cars. I joked with Mike Cope about him being Derrike Cope's
cousin (even though he isn't). Reed Sorenson was so young. He was my
favorite ASA driver at the time. My best friend from college went to
elementary school with Casey Smith in Austin, TX. Definitely a night
I'll always remember.
