The series was good to the Great Lakes State over the years, providing a great showcase for the state's short tracks and drivers. How fitting Eddy won it... 5. rm posted: 10.04.2018 - 4:44 pm Rate this comment: (1) (0) 5 sponsor - Sizzlemarine.com Mike Bursley's lone ASA race. Bursley mostly stuck to Berlin's racing but made a final big-time appearance in a 2013 CRA race at IRP. Bursley won that event, holding off Chad Finley and a stout late model field that also included drivers such as Spencer Davis, Kenny Wallace, Cody Coughlin, Dominique Van Wieringen and Phil Bozell. These days, Bursely owns the KBR Development car in ARCA competition and serves as a promoter and official at Berlin Raceway. 6. Mentioned Sizzle Marine by name twice as the primary sponsor. Not as well-versed as you are in ASA lore so I'm sure Howe was still on the car somewhere. 9. A strong start to the season saw Cope up in the top-5 in points, mostly off the strength of two podium runs in the first five races, but after this race he decided to call its quits for the cash-strapped ASA tour in favor of going back to Florida to run Super Late Models. 10.
