Jon Lemke's second and final win. Both of his victories came on
superspeedways.

Tim Schendel spun on his first qualifying lap and while he timed in
midpack on his second lap, the team was wary of having him start on that
set of tires. Meanwhile, Jason Schuler had an electrical issue and
couldn't turn a lap at speed. Erik Darnell and Eddie Hoffman were late
coming on back to the track as they were pulling double duty in
Nashville for the All-Pro race.

Jon Lemke's fifth straight top five at Gateway finally gives him his
first win at the track. His strongest runs by far in the series under
NASCAR's sanctioning came at the big tracks.
