Neil Castles' second and final Grand National East win. He'd go on to be
the series champion for 1972.

H.B. Bailey's 2nd place was his only top-10 in this series

Also Gary Myers' best Grand National East finish in 3rd

Future Busch series legend L.D. Ottinger gets a top-5 in his lone Grand
National East start

The race results posted give 43 laps led to H.B. Bailey, but the summary
of the lap leaders says Dave Marcis led them. Which is right?
