Dave Dion flipped 3 and a half times in a consolation race for this
event, He and Keith Cavanaugh crashed. 3 crew members of Dion's team
were suspended after an altercation after the incident.

There's a little more to the story. Dion's team had already been
involved in an altercation earlier in the season, and were on thin ice.
During the consolation race, he and Cavanaugh collided, sending Dion
onto his roof. Keith ran to Dion's aid, as did Dion's crew, and the
resulting brawl caused three crew members to be suspended. Dion himself
was put on probation.

Dion was NOT happy with this second altercation and the resulting
punishment. He closed the team and left the series, despite being the
points leader.
