The only North Tour race I ever attended. I believe there was a big
crash in a qualifying race the night before at River Glade and several
drivers did not make the trip to Aroostook. Dick McCabe, Roger Laperle,
Paul Mauceri, Mark Bogue, Mike Rowe, Bob Ailes, George McRae, and Rick
Zemla were all entered but did not show.

Tom Glaser's second and final North Tour win

It was also the series' only stop at Aroostook County Speedway.
