Kevin Lapage scores his lone NASCAR North Tour victory with a last lap
pass on Bobby Dragon.

Given that Dragon went from 1st to 3rd on the last lap while Lapage
grabbed the win I'm now really wondering how wild that finish was.

It's a race with 3 segments.
NOTE: Overall finishers determined by a special point system on total
number of points awarded in each segment.
No last lap pass. The winner is the driver with the least points in the
standings of the race. On the addition of 3 segments.
Explanation soon available on the website with complete race statitics.

Looking at the results, however, it does look like a last lap pass by
Lepage on Dragon determined the winner of the third segment because all
the other lap leaders are too far down.
