I wonder why the race lasted 208 laps. What a strange race length.

^ The cautions are listed. It looks like the final one was lifted on Lap
203, and then there were 5 green flag laps. Perhaps there was a rule
that the race had to end with a minimum 5-lap green flag run?

Almost certainly that - plenty of series have had that rule in the past.

Race description should probably state that it was 200 laps, extended to
208 due to caution laps.

Reggie Ruggiero told a funny story about this race on the Derek
Pernesiglio Show (YouTube). He blew two motors that day as his own race
ended early with a blown engine, but he would relieve his teammate, an
ailing Dale Shaw. Reggie said he worked his way up to 2nd before that
engine expired, as well. Check out the podcast for the funny part (37
