Of the green-flag laps, Silva led the first seven, Bown led the last 93.

If threre were five cautions, then how come 100 percent of the laps were

Because Oxford has always run Green Flag racing. It it's a 100 lap race
than it's a 100 green flag race....same goes for the Oxford 250...250
