March Buick No. 18 Ed Lavoie Buick No. 84 Brian Weber (not sure what he drove) Race notes: Dale Shaw and Billy Clark drove identical looking Budweiser Pontiacs. Kelly Moore brought out the only caution flag of the race on lap 50 (and the entire day for BGNN) when a suspension piece broke and his left front wheel wouldnâ??t turn. He stopped on the backstretch to bring out a yellow. He would later return. Dick McCabe lost the top spot when the leaders encountered lapped traffic. McCabe made contact with Bob Healey, allowing Bobby Dragon to slip underneath to take the lead. Leo Poirierâ??s hood flew up over his windshield before the halfway mark. He did a good job to steer out of the way. Dale Shaw was on Dragonâ??s back bumper for nearly the entire race with Shaw trying nearly everything he could to get around Dragon. Dragon held on to record the win. Jamie Aube captured his first of three consecutive Busch Grand National North championships. The top seven cars finished all 150 laps. Eighth and ninth ran 149 laps, 10th finished 148 and 11-14th finished 147 laps. After that, I don't know. 3.
