Mike Rowe records his 8th and final victory on the Busch North Series
circuit.

This was the only Busch North race that Ricky Craven had led over 100
laps, but didn't score the victory. He won in each of his five other
"100+ laps led" races, all of which occurred during the 1991 season.

This was the only Busch North race that Mike Rowe won that *wasn't* at
Oxford. He won all 7 of his previous races on the 1/3 mile oval.
