A crew member for the #03 of Brian Simo was killed when struck by debris
from Kelly Moore's wreck.

The crew member killed in the crash was Jimmy Davies, 40, of Morrisburg,
Ontario.

Additional info, owner of the #03 was A.J. Parker, and crew chief of the
#03 was Doug Innes.

the race Herb Thomas, 4-time Sportsman champion Rene Charland, 1959
Southern 500 winner Jim Reed, and the grand marshal was Ralph Moody of
the legendary Holman-Moody team
