Brad Leighton wins at New Hampshire for the second time in 1999 as the
Busch North racers compete on the undercard for a Winston Cup race. The
tour ran at this track FOUR times during the 1999 season.

Note: caution flags and more now available.
Note: accident during the last lap but no caution flag (the leaders
already crossed the finish line at the time) = #12, 15, 29, 76, 97
accident turns 3-4.
Note: Mike Bruno #3 (blew engine during practice) used a backup car for
the race from the #61 team of Mike Olsen.
