Hoar drove an interesting Chevrolet Monte Carlo in this era. He was
sponsored by a Dodge dealer so his car was decaled with all the all
markings of a Dodge Intrepid instead of a Chevy.

This was Dave Dion's second and final top-5 of 2003.
