No.01 of Jake Crum did not crash out of the race. Something broke in the
fuel intake system on the Lap 48 restart.

It was a tough race for preseason championship favourites; Sergio Pena
crashed and finished 28th,

Brett Moffitt was involved in a late-race restart melee which was caused
by Ryan Truex's slow start and finished 25th while Truex was 15th after
leading the most laps,

And Matt Kobyluck finished 16th.

BTW Andrew Smith, who finished 2nd, was the inaugural winner of Humpy
Wheeler's Humpy's Heroes which is a driver development program. They
were both on Wind Tunnel last night to talk about it and holy crap does
Andrew Smith sound old for a 22 year old!

Revolution Racing drivers, which is run by series legend Andy Santerre,
finished 1st, 5th, 20th and 28th.

Zach Germain is the son of Steve Germain, co-owner of Germain Racing,
and he finished 11th in his series debut.

Cole Whitt won the pole and finished 4th in his series debut driving for
Red Bull Racing.

Cole Whitt's NASCAR debut here in an East race came just over 9 months
after his cousin Brandon Whitt made his final NASCAR start, coming at a
Nationwide race at Milwaukee.
