He did so and proceeded to finish 3rd. Corey LaJoie scores his best East series finish to date with a 2nd, it was also the best for a driver using a Ford in the series during 2010. IndyCar racer Danica Patick makes her Busch North/K&N East debut and finishes 6th, her first top-10 in a NASCAR-sanctioned race. 2. She really ran between 11th-12th most of the race and moved up at the end because guys in front of her had problems and ran out of fuel. I'm not trying to slam her as she's just trying to drive, but it's the media hype I get disgusted at. This was actually a pretty exciting race, but it will only be remembered as Danica's top 10. Moffitt becomes the first repeat winner at Dover. The win coupled with Darrell Wallace's crash boosts Moffitt to second in points. Dale Quarterley finishes fifth in his only East start of the season. Brandon Ward finishes a career-best seventh in his second career race. It's the first top 10 for the Mike Laughlin-owned No. 7 car since Ryan Duff was seventh in this race last year. I really, really hope NASCAR does more for its regional touring series. A 10-race schedule is pathetic. Let's have some more races! 3. At least LaJoie finished second in non Cup affiliated team equipment. Even though the race only had one green white checkered attempt, NASCAR shows inconsistency again by only allowing them one GWC instead of the three. I don't see why the media was so hyped over Danica, wow she led, but only under caution. She gained spots only because the cars in front of her pitted or dropped out at the end. Not to mention she had better equipment than the guys who struggled all day. The 10 race schedule is a joke. 7. Brett Moffitt drove for Andy last year and was 3rd in the standings with 2 wins, and despite moving to JGR he pretty well matched that. Gresham had two wins but inconsistency led him to 8th. The series is hardly to the point of Nationwide. The one shame is that Matt Kobyluck, two years removed from the series championship, was only 10th in the standings. 8.
