They have a caution for the 'halfway break'? What kind of a joke is

The K&N East / West series have always have a halfway break. I think
it's actually against the rules to pit for tires / fuel before the
break. The truck series used to do the same thing.

In most K&N races there are no pit stops. They don't have to stop for
fuel due to the length of the races and tires have to be damaged to be
changed.

Late model standout Anderson Bowen makes his NASCAR K&N East debut,
promptly winning the pole. This race would turn out to be Bowen's best
in the series as he lead the early laps, the only time he led in NASCAR,
and finished a career-best 11th.
