Drivers are getting younger, so races have to get shorter. Though I will
admit I thought 100 laps for these guys was fine, especially considering
the Dover race (which I believe is still a 150 miler).

I also buy the fact that this race started at 6, and NHIS has no lights,
more laps + more cautions could've been a problem if rain/darkness arrived.
